1. Privacy Statement

Charlie's Locker will NOT distribute or sell any of our customers personal Information. Charlie's Locker only collects personal information in order to ensure quick delivery of orders, or in case problems arise and we need to get in contact with customers.

2. Return Policy

Charlie's Locker has a 30 day return policy with the following guidelines:

Refund and credits for exchanges do NOT include shipping charges.
Product must be in NEW condition with all original manufacturer tags attached.
Shoes must be UNWORN in ORIGINAL box.
Product must be returned within 30 DAYS from shipping date.
Return postage is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Any situation outside of these guidelines must be pre-approved by calling 800.956.3350


3. Refunds

Items must be returned via a traceable method, UPS is preferred. Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order.

All returns must include a copy of the Invoice/ Packing Slip with returned merchandise, and a written statement for the reason of return.

In order to receive full credit for your return, items must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.

You must first call to request a return or exchange of a product. Please state the nature of your return or exchange. You will then be issued a RMA number that must be included on the outside of your box in order for the return/exchange to be processed.

When preparing your package to be returned, include your invoice or an email receipt within 30 days stating the nature of your return, RMA Number, First and Last Name and Credit Card number that you what to be credited.

We cannot accept returns on used items that are not defective.

Please make sure return packages are insured properly. We will not be held responsible for packages lost through the mail. You must ship items back by way of tracking number. Charlie's Locker suggests using UPS, FedEx or US postal service with delivery confirmation. Charlie's Locker is not responsible for lost or damage packages. Please also retain your postal and insurance receipts in case of a lost or damaged return.

Once Charlie's Locker has received your return, and have verified that the package is returnable, we will either ship you a replacment or credit your credit card. Please allow for one billing cycle to see credit.


4. How do I track my order?

Email us at sales@charlieslocker.com and we will update you on the status of your order.

5. Do you have a retail store?

We have a store in Fort Lauderdale, FL at 1865 Cordova Road.
Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday: 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM.
*DURING THE SUMMERS WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS (MAY-SETEMBER)

We also have a store at Newport Beach, CA on 3410 Via Lido.
Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM


6. What are your business hours?

Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Saturday: 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

7. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to Florida Shipments at 6%, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

8. Shipping Information?

Charlieslocker.com ships all orders by Ground, unless Overnight or 2nd Day service is requested. Orders made on Fridays before noon EST will be processed the following Monday. Orders completed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the day after the next business day.

*SOME OVERSIZED ITEMS WILL HAVE DIFFERENT SHIPPING RATES.

9. International Shipping Information?

We will gladly ship outside of the United States. Please place your order with your actual address. When we receive your order, we will calculate shipping charges and will email you your total invoice amount for confirmation.

You can also email us at info@charlieslocker.com and we will gladly let you know how much shipping charges would be. Please remember to include what product/s you want and your address so we can get an accurate shipping price.
